Press the “Windows + R” keys to open the Run dialog box.Click the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner of the screen. To avoid this, some users prefer disabling the feature altogether. When fast startup is enabled, some programs, including Bluetooth, may not launch properly when you restart your computer. When you turn your computer back on, Windows 10 will load this snapshot, which makes startup much faster. When you shut down your computer, Windows 10 will save a snapshot of your current system state to a file on your hard drive.
